At Members First we provide a broad range of financial services and are committed to your privacy and earning your trust. Recently, email "phishing," or fraud attacks have been increasing. We would like to reiterate the fact that Members First will NEVER send an email requesting your credit union login ID, password, PIN, or other personal information. Anyone who receives an email that requests account information should consider it to be a fraudulent attempt, and should not follow the instructions in the email. If you ever have any doubts about the authenticity of e-mail communications from your credit union, simply call and ask us prior to responding.

Not already a member? Membership in the credit union is now available to all persons who live, work, worship or attend school in Franklin County, Ohio. Membership is also available to employees and retirees of our Select Employee Groups.
Shared Branching Is Now Available!
Members First Credit Union has joined the CU Service Center Shared Branching Network, which means that this service will allow our members to conduct their financial business at 2,200 other credit union locations thoughout the country, including more than 100 locations in Ohio! Shared Branching allows you to conduct your basic credit union business in-person at another credit union - just as you would if you were at Members First.
