夜明珠高手论坛Xiao-lin wang said that in order to achieve this goal, China will increase during the "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in non-fossil energy consumption, and gradually raise the proportion of natural gas consumption, promote clean fossil energy utilization, improve the quality and level of the low-carbon energy sector development.The specific approach is embodied in three aspects. 

First, we will promote nuclear power in an orderly manner.In 2020, nuclear power generation will strive to reach 58 million kilowatts and 30 gw under construction.

Third, we will accelerate the construction of a clean energy base.
